| Soon a police car showed up and right behind a car drives up behind it. Very impressive, with small antennas on the roof, communication equipment and uniformed man inside. There was definitely a lot of wireless communication going on and eventually, there were three policemen on the courtyard. |  |

| The police man sure did not like me taking photos on a public place which I could not understand. Apparently, one also needed a permit to take photos near this building according to this code, so I got one from the friendly federal building manager. |  |
